COURSE OBJECTIVES:
Learn what Lean Six Sigma is, important quality tools which are applicable to organizational teams, identifying problems, dissecting & stratifying big issues, problem solving and an overview of how continuous improvement programs should be run.

This program adopts an implementation-based approach as opposed to say, being a conceptual-based training program and is delivered through a good mix of lecture and activity. The take-home for participants is, strategy, tactical implementation plans, and methodology and tool knowledge.

The objectives of each of the modules are:
Module 1 Addressing baseline organizational or division challenges and correlating them to continuous improvement methodology.

Module 2 Important Lean knowledge every project lead or project member should know before embarking on projects.

Module 3 Important Six Sigma knowledge every project lead or project member should know before embarking on projects.

Module 4 Essential learning on important tools used to establish baseline performance, analysis, root cause discovery, target operating model design and performance tracking.

Module 5 Must-knows for senior management for a successful and sustainable implementation of the continuous improvement initiative.


TARGET PARTICIPANTS
Middle-management, department heads and business leaders who seek initial knowledge in organizational continuous improvement. This is the start point in discovering methodological approaches in continuous improvement such as Lean Six Sigma.


DELIVERY
The training is delivery through the mix of lectures and group activities in each module. The mix of lecture and activity is approximately on a 50:50 ratio.
